Vane pump common troubleshooting - pump output flow is insufficient or even no oil

1. The motor is not turning properly

2. The tank level is too low

3. Suction line or filter plugged

4. The motor speed is too low

5. Oil viscosity is too large

6. Oil pan end wear

7. Blade on the inner surface of the poor contact

8. Blades stuck in the blade slot or move inflexible

9. Loose connection screw

10. Relief valve failure

Correct the turn

2. Make up the oil line

3. Dredge the suction line, cleaning the filter

4. Turn the speed above the minimum speed of the hydraulic pump

5. Check the quality of oil, replace the viscosity of the hydraulic oil or increase the oil temperature

6. Grind the end or replace the oil pan

7. Grind the contact surface or replace the blade

8. Check one by one, re-deployment of inflexible leaves

9. Tighten properly

10. Adjust, disassemble, clean the relief valve
