1. Scope The technical regulations of this project indicate the low requirements for the metering pump for industrial equipment, its driving machine and auxiliary equipment.

The technical requirements of this project stipulate the performance, structural design, materials, drive machine, test, marking, packaging and procurement of the metering pump.

2. Standards, Specifications and Regulations 2.1 In addition to the technical requirements of this project, the standards specified on the pump data sheet (new version of zui), such as:

GB9236 metering pump technical conditions;

GB7783 metering pump test method;

API675 metering pump (PositiveDisplacementPumps-ControlledVolume).

2.2 When there is a contradiction between the technical provisions of this project and the specified standards, the technical provisions of this project shall prevail.

At the same time, the seller shall clarify the contradiction to the buyer in writing to remind the buyer to pay attention and solve it.

3. General 3.1 Unless otherwise specified, pumps, drives and their ancillary equipment shall be suitable for outdoor start-up and continuous operation at specified ambient temperatures and high ambient temperatures. The continuous operation cycle should be no less than 8,000 hours.

3.2 Untested prototypes are not acceptable, only pumps that have been verified by actual production are acceptable. The so-called production verification refers to the experience that the pump has safe operation for at least two years under similar operating conditions.

3.3 Unless otherwise specified, the seller shall provide the entire pump unit including the pump, coupling, drive and all auxiliary equipment, and ensure the quality of the entire pump unit.

3.4 Unless otherwise specified, pumps, drive units, couplings and shrouds, and auxiliary equipment shall be installed on the same base.

4. Performance 4.1 The metering pump shall be capable of regulating the flow rate in the operating or non-operating state, with a regulation ratio of at least 10:1 (ie 10% to 100% of the rated flow range) and a range of 25% to 100%. The stability of the pump should be within ±1%, and the linearity and reproducibility should be within ±3%.

4.2 The accuracy of the meter or adjustment handwheel should be higher than the indication accuracy of ±0.1%.

4.3 The rated flow of the metering pump shall be at least equal to 110% of the large (operating) flow rate proposed by the user.

4.4 The rated power of the motor shall be at least equal to K times the power of the large-axis power of the metering pump (including the power loss of the gear box and the coupling). The K value is determined by the following table.

4.5 The effective NPSH and the necessary NPSH should be the same reference plane. When the difference between NPSHa and NPSHr is less than or equal to 0.6m, the NPSH test should be performed.

5. Structural design 5.1 Pressure-bearing parts 5.1.1 The pump is allowed to have a large outlet pressure of at least 110% of the rated outlet pressure of the pump.

5.1.2 All pressure-bearing parts (including the inlet pressure affected area) shall be designed according to the maximum outlet pressure allowed by the pumping temperature, and the allowable stress values ​​of the materials taken:

For domestic pumps, it should not be greater than the maximum allowable stress value specified by HG20531-93 (cast iron, cast steel container);

For imported pumps, it should not be greater than the maximum allowable stress value specified by ASMESection VIII.

5.2 Interface 5.2.1 All interfaces are flanged unless otherwise specified in the data sheet.

5.2.2 Unless otherwise specified, the inlet and outlet flanges of domestically produced pumps shall comply with the provisions of GB9112, and the inlet and outlet connecting flanges of imported pumps shall comply with the provisions of ANSI B16.1 and 16.5. Flanges with diameters or thicknesses greater than the above criteria are also permitted.

5.2.3 The flange of the inlet and outlet flanges shall be the same level of pressure. 5.3 Piston pump 5.3.1 The packing box shall be provided with a packing ring to flush or lubricate the packing.

5.3.2 It should be ensured that the leakage liquid sealed by the hydraulic end packing does not enter the power end.

5.4 Diaphragm pump 5.4.1 Single diaphragm pump diaphragm or double diaphragm pump * channel diaphragm should be limited position mechanism.

5.4.2 The two diaphragms of the double diaphragm pump should be filled with inert liquid (mixing with the process medium and hydraulic oil on both sides of the diaphragm should not cause harm), and a probe should be provided to alarm when the diaphragm breaks.

5.5 Bearings shall be in standard form and shall not be used with non-standard bearings developed by the manufacturer.

5.6 Buffers If specified on the data sheet, the import and export buffers shall be provided by the seller and the type shall be negotiated jointly by the buyer and the seller.

5.7 Safety valve 5.7.1 Diaphragm pump oil chamber safety valve should be able to automatically reset and adjust, repair and replace easily. The set pressure should be at least 110% of the rated pressure of the metering pump.

5.7.2 If specified on the data sheet, the external safety valve for the plunger pump shall be provided by the seller.

5.8 Auxiliary pipeline 5.7.1 Diaphragm pump The oil chamber safety valve shall be capable of automatic reset and convenient adjustment, maintenance and replacement. The set pressure shall be at least 110% of the rated pressure of the metering pump.

5.7.2 If specified on the data sheet, the external safety valve for the plunger pump shall be provided by the seller.

5.8 Auxiliary piping 5.8.1 If piping systems such as lubrication, cooling and seal flushing are required, the seller shall provide and install them on the pump and/or the base.

5.8.2 Pipes, joints, etc. of all piping systems shall be not less than 1/2 inch (13 mm), and the wall thickness shall not be less than 1.6 mm (1/16 inch).

5.8.3 Unless otherwise specified, 1-1/4 (32 mm), 3-1/2 (90 mm), 7 (175 mm), and 9 (225 mm) inch fittings may not be used.

6. Material 6.1 Material is determined by the buyer and filled in the pump data sheet. If the seller believes that other materials are more appropriate, a written report can be submitted, but whether or not the use is subject to confirmation by the buyer.

6.2 Unless otherwise specified, the corrosion margin of carbon steel and low alloy steel shall be 3mm, and that of high alloy steel shall be 0mm.

6.3 It is strictly forbidden to use materials containing asbestos fibers.

6.4 When transporting organic solvents, it is strictly forbidden to use rubber materials.

6.5 Casting parts for flammable, explosive or toxic media cannot be used with cast iron materials.

6.6 In addition to austenitic stainless steel, when the medium or ambient temperature is ≤ -20 °C, the seller shall conduct a V-type impact test on the base metal and the welded joint.

7. Workshop test 7.1 The workshop test items are shown in the pump data sheet.

7.2 The hydraulic test pressure shall be 1.5 times the allowable working pressure of zui, but not less than 0.14 MPaG.

The stability accuracy test is mandatory, and its accuracy should be within ±1%. Reproducibility accuracy test and linearity test are optional, and the accuracy should be within ±3%.

7.3 For the inspection or test items required by the buyer to be witnessed, the seller shall notify the buyer at least twenty days in advance after the date of the test, so that the buyer can participate in time.

7.4 The results of the non-visual test shall be recorded and submitted to the buyer for approval.

8. Painting, marking, packaging 8.1 Painting 8.1.1 All dust, rust, oil and other attachments should be removed before painting.

8.1.2 Equipment topcoat shall be in accordance with the buyer's requirements.

8.2 Marking 8.2.1 The nameplate of the pump is made of 18-8 stainless steel and is firmly fixed to the conspicuous part of the pump.

8.2.2 The nameplate content shall include:

a.

b. device name / device name;

c. the name and trademark of the seller (manufacturer);

d. model and name of the pump;

e. Main parameters of the pump, including rated flow rate (l/h), allowable large outlet pressure (MPaG), safety valve set pressure MPaG, shaft power (kW), and pump weight (kg);

f. The factory number and date of the pump.

8.3 The inlet and outlet of the pump shall be provided with a metal sealing plate with a rubber mat and at least four bolts.

8.4 The packaging of the pump and its auxiliary piping (including the driving machine and auxiliary equipment) shall be such as to ensure that the products are not damaged or lost during transportation, and should be suitable for outdoor placement and should be able to ensure that the open time is not less than half a year.

9. Documents, Drawings and Materials 9.1 Seller's Quotation Information The seller's quotation information shall include the following contents:

a. Buyer data sheet, which has complete seller data filled in by the seller;

b. preliminary outline drawing and piping layout;

c. Requirements for utilities such as water, electricity, steam, etc.; d. Typical profile of the pump;

e. Recommended spare parts list;

f. Whether the pump unit strictly implements the specific instructions of this regulation. If the pump unit does not strictly comply with this specification, the seller shall present a specific list detailing each of the discrepancies.

9.2 Contract Information 9.2.1 The seller must send the time, type and number of copies of the documents identified on the purchase order to the address indicated on the order.

9.2.2 The following should be marked on each page of the document:

a. the name of the buyer (user) company;

b. engineering number;

c. purchase order number or file number;

d. pump number;

e. Any other representations specified on the purchase order.

9.2.3 The seller shall provide at least the following documents:

a. list of file directories;

b. pump data sheet (for manufacturing); c. stability accuracy test report;

d. Dimensions and layout drawings (including basic data, position, size and pressure level of main inlet and outlet, motor junction box position, allowable external force and external torque of inlet and outlet pipes, etc.);

e. Auxiliary piping layout and take-over form (also shown on the external dimension drawing);

f. The pump profile and the list of parts containing the material name of the part;

g. Schematic diagram of the shaft seal and a list of parts containing the material names of the parts;

h. List of spare parts;

i. List of lubricating oil and hydraulic oil;

j. Auxiliary equipment data sheet (if required);

k. Installation, maintenance, operation instructions.

9.2.4 If requested by the buyer, the seller shall also provide the following reports and records to the buyer:

a. Material test report; b. Reproducibility accuracy, linearity test report;

c. Factory test data record;

e. Other required test reports.
