Application note of peristaltic pump constant flow pump on the palm machine

The peristaltic pump constant-flow pump is used in the palm-handling machine. The most important function is to efficiently and accurately transfer the glue water required by the palm-up machine to the specified position when the label is engaged.

If the high-speed hand-held machine needs to use the glue when joining the label, the delivery of the glue is a problem. The previously used coating method such as the transfer coating of the runner has the following problems:
1, the glue contact parts, easy to contaminate the machine, not easy to clean.
2, the glue is not evenly transferred, and the amount of glue is not easy to control.
3, the glue application process is troublesome, debugging is not convenient. Since the peristaltic pump only has a pump tube that contacts the glue, it can be continuously and accurately delivered to the part where the glue needs to be applied, so that the problem of the glue applied to the palm machine can be solved.

The viscosity of the glue is very high, different from the general aqueous fluid, so it can ensure high-efficiency and long-term stable glue application. The peristaltic pump constant flow pump is used in the hand-held machine:
1. For very viscous liquids, use a slightly thicker peristaltic pump hose.
2. Appropriately use a peristaltic pump hose with a slightly larger inner diameter to further reduce the rotational speed of the peristaltic pump.
3. Reduce the speed of the peristaltic pump as much as possible, usually within 50 rpm.
4. Regularly check and replace the pump tube in advance to prevent the pump tube from rupturing.
5. When selecting a peristaltic pump, try to choose a peristaltic pump head that can resist the corrosion resistance and corrosion resistance. It is better to choose a peristaltic pump with flow display function and correction function.
